At our organization, we're transforming the consulting landscape by redefining how we engage and develop leaders. We're looking for a Part-Time Program Coordinator to join our innovative and dynamic team. 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, embraces challenges, and is excited about making a tangible impact. You'll be involved in designing programs, customer journeys, researching, writing, and editing content, writing standard operating procedures, and creating program and service descriptions. Additionally, you'll be developing new program and service ideas, creating budgets, timelines, KPIs, and key deliverables, optimizing processes, and building tracking mechanisms. 

We are willing to train highly motivated individuals who have a keen attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and who are very organized, reliable, and able to deliver results no matter the challenges. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you.

This position will be remote.

  1. Program Design 
    Develop comprehensive program structures and customer journeys that align with organizational goals.

  2. Research and Content Creation
    Conduct thorough research and write, edit, and maintain high-quality content including blog posts, fact sheets, and research reports.

  3. Standard Operating Procedures
    Write detailed standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in program delivery.

  4. Program and Service Descriptions
